"My Happy Heart" Series & Other Resources

This book on Christian meditation for children was written by Gregory Ryan, a second grade teacher for over 30 years, who has been meditating for over 25 years. In his Afterword to the book, Father Laurence Freeman states, "There is nothing more important to teach children than how to find and enter and stay in tune with their own heart. To live with a spiritual vision. To sense the sacredness of life, to see God in and behind everyday appearances".

Also available is the CD "My Happy Heart Sings", a wonderful little melody children will love to hear over and over.

Teachers and Directors of Religious Education programs will also want to use the introductory narrative track with their young students. It's a ready-made lesson!
